1. Introduction

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms take effect from the moment you access mibox8 or create an Account, whichever occurs first. If you access the Platform on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

mibox8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users through the Platform or via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mibox8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mibox8 operates a strict 21+ policy and requires age verification documentation as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with mibox8 or any gambling self-exclusion programme where such exclusion extends to mibox8.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of mibox8 or its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account.

mibox8 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on mibox8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, mibox8 may suspend all associated accounts and confiscate any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mibox8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mibox8 Support immediately via live chat. mibox8 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any such report.

6. Deposits & Payments

mibox8 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-centric payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), direct bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit and potential account review. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

mibox8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in MYR. For cryptocurrency deposits, the applicable conversion rate at the time of confirmed receipt will apply.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that match the deposit method used, or to methods verified under your KYC record. mibox8 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the amount exceeds defined thresholds.

Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers and DuitNow may take up to several hours depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Withdrawals will only be processed from your real-money balance. Any portion of your balance that consists of active bonus funds or uncleared wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus component.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the promotion. These individual offer terms take precedence over any general language in this section. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following defaults apply:

• Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of X15 (fifteen times the bonus amount) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While using active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round is MYR 250 unless the offer specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game contribution: Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Games with a contribution rate of 0% will be specified in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account simultaneously unless expressly permitted by mibox8.

mibox8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — including winnings derived from that bonus — if we determine that a player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, used prohibited software, or engaged in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.

9. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on mibox8 are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between general platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, mibox8 will attempt to resolve the matter fairly and may void affected bets at its discretion. mibox8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform outages, connectivity issues on the part of the User, or acts beyond mibox8's reasonable control.

For sports betting markets, results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. mibox8 reserves the right to void markets where results are in dispute, where data feeds are corrupted, or where the market was clearly offered in error. Odds that are published in manifest error may be cancelled even after acceptance.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on mibox8 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to mibox8 Support immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance criminal activity, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Making deposits using fraudulently obtained payment instruments or disputed chargebacks.
• Circumventing IP, geographic, or device restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions with the intent of guaranteed profit irrespective of game outcome.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other Users or to mibox8 itself.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mibox8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and compilations — is the property of mibox8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mibox8 content without prior written permission. The mibox8 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary and may not be used without authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mibox8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to devices.

mibox8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect service availability. mibox8's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by mibox8's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

mibox8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• An Account fails KYC or age verification requirements.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is identified on the Account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised by the Account holder or their payment provider.
• A valid self-exclusion request is received from the Account holder or a third-party programme.
• mibox8 is required to do so by a regulatory directive or court order.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mibox8 Support. Closure requests from self-excluding players will be processed immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account that is not subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.

14. Responsible Gambling

mibox8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or log-out timers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (1 day to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting Support. Self-exclusions are irreversible for their stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time elapsed and net session result.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mibox8 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, mibox8 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or to the registered email address on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure. Outstanding balances not subject to investigation will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Clause 7.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which mibox8 operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact mibox8 Support to attempt an informal resolution. mibox8 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
